January 2024 - Kishi Eiko is exhibiting at The Museum of Kyoto as a winner of the prestigious Kyoto Art and Culture Award. Our gallery artist of many decades, Kishi Eiko is known for excelling in the saiseki zogan (mosaic-like inlay application technique) that characterizes her stunning sculptures. Her work, presented by Joan B Mirviss LTD at The Winter Show, was recently featured in The New York Times. Another of her sculptures is now on view at The Art Institute of Chicago in RADICAL CLAY.
